About the prints, What makes them special?
Each print is made-to-order and original film photography taken by Oyin Isola. We print on top-quality archival paper, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308, which is designed for long-term durability. All prints are signed and dated by the artist, and come with a signed certificate of authenticity. We do not currently offer framing or matting services for individual purchases, but we are happy to consult with you regarding framing choices.

What’s your return policy?
Since you are not able to see the quality of the finished product before you purchase it, we offer a full refund for any print that is returned within 14 days of arrival. Please note, you will have to pay for the cost of shipping the order back to us.
If you are unhappy with your print for any reason, neither are we!

For domestic USA orders, shipping time is 1-3 days after processing. We aim for a 1 week turnaround but it is not guaranteed. All prints are packaged and shipped with the utmost care.
International shipping is available but will need to be initiated via email (hello@withoyin.com) - I can quote a shipping price once I have your order and address.
Can I change my ORDER?
If you realize a mistake’s been made during the checkout process, please let us know immediately within 24 hours at hello@withoyin.com. If you do not catch the mistake on time, there could be 2 scenarios
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if the order has been shipped out to an address untraceable by the courier).
You will not be eligible for a refund if the shipment was delivered and received by someone other than the buyer or their designated proxy.
